AY-TJ101-H 10.1-inch RK3568 ARM Touch Panel PC

An ARM interface for connected equipment

AY-TJ101-H combines a quad-core RK3568 Cortex-A55 processor running at up to 2.0GHz with a 10.1-inch 1280×800, 10-point capacitive touchscreen. An aluminium frame and sheet-metal enclosure support smart displays, IoT terminals and industrial control applications.

Isolated serial control and dual-network connectivity

Two isolated RS485 channels and dual Gigabit Ethernet are standard. Three USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0 (OTG-HOST) port, HDMI 2.0, a TF slot and a headset jack connect field equipment, peripherals and displays.

Standard configuration and project options

The recommended configuration is RK3568 with 2GB LPDDR4, 32GB storage and Android 11. Optional configurations include 4GB/8GB RAM, storage up to 256GB, Ubuntu 18.04/20.04, and a 4G module with its antenna. GPIO breakout, CAN expansion and alternative CPU solutions require project confirmation and are not standard inclusions. System customisation, Linux kernel customisation and QT5.12 are supported.

Panel integration and VESA mounting

The specified panel cutout is 252×162 mm with R1 corners; VESA mounting centres are 100×100 mm. The specification table gives nominal dimensions of 268×178×33 mm, while the engineering drawing shows a 267.74×177.60 mm frame and a 32.40 mm side dimension. Verify the drawing and installation clearance before machining or assembly.

Power, environment and ordering

The unit accepts 9–15V DC with a specified 10W consumption and a standard 12V/3A adapter. Operating conditions are -10°C to 60°C and 0–90% RH, non-condensing. Confirm the operating system, RAM, storage, expansion modules, mounting method, accessories and quantity with your enquiry.
